Pioneer School

Salaman Institute Hymn
by: Late Mrs. Celestina P. Bautista

The vision that the grand old man had made known
At last into reality it had grown
So humble and crude to the view from the start
It thrived, nourished from the heart.

Pioneer School you're the answer to our quest
The realization of our dream
A legion of our society's best
Once followed your sure and guiding beam.

Our Pioneer School had known laughter and tears
It grew steadily with God's help through the year
Through faith and hard work we pressed on the fore
With hope and success in store.

Those beautiful mem'ries unbidden appear
In our reverie bringing smiles or a tear
They're cherished and keep in our hearts they will lie
and remain until we die.

There's joy in our hearts as we proudly proclaim
We're bearers of this institution proud name
The coming generation shall stay on and strive
To keep the old man's dream alive.

Pioneer School ... Forevermore

Quotation from the Clarion:
No man can produce great things who is not thoroughly sincere in dealing with himself.
